The Bulls

AI Sire

L T Bandwagon 3105
A Right Time son that provides the same type and balance as our walking sire.  Thick, easy fleshing with the right level of milk for running cows on grass.  We are expecting to see some really maternal females out of this sire.

AN Sire

Johnston King 923W
This young angus bull was purchased from Johnston/Fertile Valley at their Spring 2010 sale and will be used in our own replacement female generating program.  A well built, well balanced bull with good feet and structure that traces back to Bando on the dam’s side and the King bull on the topside.  BALANCE and QUALITY are the two words I would use to describe this bull.

SM and SM/AN Sires

Soder Rancher 290W
A Soderglen Black Max (Maternal Angus Cross) bull with great type and curve-bender growth and carcass numbers.  Look for an offering of 3/4AN 1/4 SM heifers out of this bull.
BOJ Wave
We have been very pleased with the two red Simmental sires we purchased from Soderglen Farms, when the opportunity arose to purchase their sire we took advantage of it.  He is very well balanced and extremely structurally correct and at 5 years of age we look forward to several more years of use.  Look for him in our F1 heifer program.
Red Soder BOJ Wave 622U
One of two red polled Simmental sires we purchased from Soderglen Farms to use on our mature cows.  This bull should add growth and yield to calves while maintaining thickness and balance.  The first calves look great.
Red Soder BOJ Wave 606U
The second of two red polled Simmental sires we purchased from Soderglen Farms to use on our mature cows.  This bull should add growth and yield to calves while maintaining thickness and balance.  These sires have impressed us with their ability to travel and their agressiveness when it comes to breeding cows.  The first calves look great.
